EASY EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange the product for any reason we have an easy exchange mechanism in place. You need to follow the following procedure.

  1. The products can be exchanged only if they are unused.
  2. The products can be replaced only within 4 days of receipt.
  3. The customer should Email the bill copy at thepersonalisedstore01@gmail.com.
  4. We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep, the product should be packed with original packaging so that there is no harm in transit, we shall not be responsible for any loss to products in transit.
  5. Once we receive the product our team will get in touch with you for the product that that is required in exchange.
  6. We will regenerate a bill and email it to you. Any difference in the previous and new bill will be adjusted through bank.
  7. The customer will have to pay the return shipping charge.
  8. NOTE: There is no return and  refund available for personalised products. They can be replaced for any defect.
